How do I return an item?

Return Policy: If a product is received in damaged condition, either refuse delivery or document/photograph the damage and return the product in the original container within 7 business days. Damages reported after this date are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return a non-damaged item, contact us within 7 business days and expect to pay the return freight. NOTE that special orders are NOT returnable. Also some items are subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Call us with questions about our return policy.
