How do I return an item?
Return Policy: If a product is received in damaged condition, notify us immediately. For UPS parcel deliveries, refusal of delivery is preferred. Otherwise document and photograph the damage and contact us to arrange for a return of the product in the original container within 7 business days. (NOTE: We reserve the right to send one of our field inspectors onsite to examine the damage for authenticity.) For freight deliveries, damaged merchandise must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier, and said damages must be indicated on the original delivery receipt by the delivery person. Customer notations on their copy of the delivery receipt after the delivery are not acceptable documentation. Damages reported after this date are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return a non-damaged item, contact us within 7 business days and expect to pay the return freight. NOTE that special orders are NOT returnable. Also some items are subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Call us with questions about our return policy.
