Our line of pizza ovens from Chicago Brick Oven feature an authentic wood-fired in-chamber fire. Consistent with traditional Italian design, these wood-fired ovens feature a low, igloo-shaped dome. The flue system ensures that smoke won’t escape through the front of the oven.
The proprietary low-dome design produces a FlameRoll™ which
creates a vacuum of concentrated heat of up to 1,000 degrees. This high-performance design allows for
radiant, convection and conduction heat – ideal for outdoor cooking. It’s what

360 Degree Cooking
